RETURN, EXCHANGE OR GET A REFUND INFORMATION

Returns of item(s) are limited. You can return in the event that we ship the wrong or defective item(s).
Exchanges can be made on item(s). Sold.cheap will exchange any unworn and undamaged item(s) with all initially included accessories.
If when you receive your item(s), you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item(s) to us within 5 calendar days for exchange.
We will issue store credit or exchange any merchandise that is returned to us in original condition as shipped within 5 calendar days of receipt of order (period begins when you sign for delivery of the item). We must be contacted by telephone or e-mail to confirm that you are returning an item(s) within the 48 hour period. The item(s) must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging, together with any associated paperwork and accessories. Once received, we will undertake a detailed inspection to ensure all is in order and that the product is in the same condition as when dispatched. Please note that item(s) showing signs of wear or those that have been altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for exchange.
If you choose exchange to an item(s) that costs less, we will refund you the difference. If you choose to exchange for an item(s) of greater value, you are responsible for payment of the difference in price. For item(s) returned, postage is done at customer's expense. Any item(s) returned improperly packaged or shipped without insurance is done at your own risk if lost or damaged in transit.
For all returns, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
