ARE YOU AN AUTHORIZED RETAILER?
Sold.cheap is not and does not claim to be an authorized retailer of any brand that we offer on our website.

HOW DO YOU OBTAIN YOUR WATCHES?
Most of our watches are bought from reputable dealers, auction houses, collectors and our clients. When we buy elsewhere we verify the origin and history of the watch. If we are unsure about the origin of a watch we avoid it.

IS THIS WATCH AUTHENTIC?
All our watches are 100% authentic. We check authenticity of all watches. We take this very seriously and whenever you buy from Sold.cheap, you can be assured that you can buy with safety and confidence. All our products to be as described as well as 100% authentic and genuine, with serial and reference numbers.

DO YOU OWN THE WATCHES YOU SELL?
Every watch we sell is in our inventory. All our photos are from the exact item being sold.

WHY ARE THE PRICES CHEAPER HERE THAN ON EBAY?
All of our items will be cheaper when purchased through Sold.cheap website. This is due to eBay transaction fees.

WHICH LANGUAGES DO YOU SPEAK?
We speak English, Spanish and Russian.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
At the moment we accept the following payment methods in (€) Euro or ($) Dollars only: Credit cards*(max.€800), Bank transfer, International money order, Cash*(max.€2,500), PayPal*(max. €500).

SHIPPING INFORMATION?
Items will be shipped within two business days of cleared payment. Delivery times are extended over public holidays and as the result of any adverse weather conditions.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
We ship to most international destinations. For some destinations, however, due to especially difficult customs procedures, we reserve the right to refuse shipment. Please understand that we cannot control import duty or custom charges imposed by any legal authority. They are the responsibility of the buyer. They will not be refunded.

IS THERE WARRANTY?
Pre-owned and vintage watches come with a Sold.cheap warranty, which is valid for 30 days. We believe this gives plenty of time to realize any problem. Optional one year warranty is available on the item(s).

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT, EXCHANGE OR GET A REFUND?
Sold.cheap will exchange any unworn and undamaged item(s) with all initially included accessories within 5 calendar days of receipt of order. You can return in the event that we ship the wrong or defective item. Items must be returned in the same condition, altered or damaged items will not be accepted.

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
We do not have an online payment system. Browse through our e-catalogue. If you are interested to purchase an item, simply click «Request Here» button and fill out and submit contact form.We will reply back to you as soon as possible to discus the transaction. DO YOU BUY WATCHES OR OFFER A PART EXCHANGE SERVICE ONLINE?
If you have a watch to sell, we will do our best to make you a fair and honest offer. We are happy to offer a part exchange service against a new purchase. We will also buy back a watch we have previously sold.   

IS YOUR SHOWROOM OPEN TO THE PUBLIC?
Sold.cheap is an online based retailer. We do not have a showroom open to the public.

WHAT DOES UNWORN MEAN?
An unworn watch means that the watch has never been worn.

DO YOU REPAIR WATCHES?
We cowork with some of the best watchmakers and offer a full watch service direct to the public.
